I also had this problem.There was no vinyl in all the cars folder.So,if you people use Utorrent, go on search bar of utorrent and write Need For Speed Underground 2.The results will show many torentz so click the Need For Speed underground 2 by umor(complete).Save it and see the files.Only tick the CARS folder and download it.After the download of CARS folder, copy the folder and replace it by original CARS folder.Start the game and apply on any car.This worked in my game, 2b1af7f3a8
