The version of RSLogix Design Studio needed to compile the application is 3.31.158.73. The version of Design Studio needed to unlock the old version is 6.0.0.143. The new version could not unlock the old version. If a RSPlugit version is different from the version of the Firmware you will install on the controller you will get the following error when you try to unlock the version.

The RSPlugit version that you selected ('v' followed by a 4-digit number) is below the corresponding RSPlugit version acceptable by this version of FS (Library) (version Library Version)

The version numbers in the above image match those in the error messages you received. The version numbers in the Project Options dialog box match the version of your Rockwell controlLogix Application Firmware.

If you open the Project Options dialog box and select the ControlLogix Application Firmware version and then the Version of RSPlugit you are using, the version of Toolkit you are using will be displayed.
